Before I found my way to Orion Edutech, I worked in various small jobs for over three years. These were not glamorous roles, but they were formative years. The instability of jumping from job to job taught me essential life lessons — patience, persistence, and the unwavering belief that my worth would be recognized. I became known for my ability to cultivate loyalty and inspire others to reach their full potential.

Following that, my time at Ramoji Group, one of India's largest media and entertainment conglomerates, was a turning point in my career. At Ramoji Group, I learned how to lead through change and how leadership isn't just about directing — it's about empowering others to lead.
